Good earthing, air quality, spray gun positioning and hanging technique are important factors in powder coating.

A major advantage of powder coatings over liquid paint systems is the ability to reuse powder that does not adhere to an object (overspray).

Optimum results with regard to weathering resistance, light resistance, protective properties and a high quality finish are obtained when the coating is done correctly.

Optimum results with regard to corrosion protection of steel using Corro-Zinc 97 system are obtained when the coating is done correctly.

There are two most common problems associated with the use of polyester powders on hot dip galvanized products -adhesion and pin holing. To avoid these problems and to achieve optimal coating results critical points must be controlled during the application process.

Metallic and pearlescent powder coatings are growing in popularity among specifiers and applicators.
